By use of video examples taken from industry wide interviews we reveal the low expectations people have of voice performance in business.
Using professional voice techniques we introduce participants to the opportunities they have to create a good impression with just their voice during the business day. They realise what an opportunity they have to stand out from a mediocre crowd.
The course is highly participative and build to a full group exercise in which everyone plays a part in a project that uses their voice.
The second session is a conference call moderated by the Crawford trainer during which groups of five have a chance to use their new found skills.
